Susie has worked on Countdown since July 1992. 

Before working on Countdown Susie studied French and German at Oxford and then in America.

She then did a number of jobs such as teaching German in America and working for a German publishing company.

Susie has a seven year old daughter called Lucy.

Susie was born in Woking, Surrey, on September 21st 1967, as cited on Wikipedia, however, this may be incorrect. 

Susie now lives in Oxford.
